I lied, you also need to know that I post a lot of crap. If you don't like cutesy dog photos, books, silly personal stories, pictures/stories about food or random things, you will not enjoy my blog. Not one bit.. and chances are, I won't like you much either. The end.
I officially just name-dropped for the first time in a cover letter. I feel two parts hopeful, three parts shameful, and a million parts omgIcantbelievethisjobIreallywantitpleaseworkout. Fingers crossed (for many reasons!)
Every night I spend five more minutes on the couch than Brent before bed. This leads to dog wars every night. Dog wars = Brent calling the dogs, whistling to them, offering them empty promises of treats. Once in a great awhile Duke will give me a “sorry mom” look and go join him, but Kujo has not once fallen prey to his tactics. Tonight, Kujo went to him after about five seconds. I don’t know what to make of this nonsense. I can only hope there is some leftover Halloweenies strangeness in the air and Kujo will come to his senses tomorrow.

We’ve been married for nearly two months. I still look at our wedding photos every day, and every day I smile even wider at them. People stop by and I want to shove the albums in their faces, even though they have already seen the photos a few times too many. It was the silliest, happiest, most fun day of my life. The only thing that will trump it will be our first child- which is a long time away. So my friends, be prepared to suffer through many more “omg and I love this photo because…” moments.
I am way too excited to be watching the Greek finale. Ahhhhhhhhhhh!
Our mailbox… Brent goes crazy for Halloween. He won’t be happy to see everything taken down when he gets home tonight.

The boys wore their Halloween shirts all day and all night… I don’t care what anyone says, some dogs love being dressed!

My mom made Carmen’s baby shower cake… her nursery’s theme is jungle animals, so my mom made fun jungle animal cupcakes. Funnnnn!
One night last week I wasn’t feeling well, so I curled up on the couch for a nap. Within one minute my boys resumed their bedtime positions…they cuddle with me every night.
